Eventide does need to be investigated. Morale is at the lowest point in all of the years i have been there..They are chewing up our tax payers dollars to fill there pockets. Anna Bligh, why are you giving jobs to all the people from India?? To many management for such a small facility? A corrupt system it is..
ReplyDeleteI was an advocate for a resident at Eventide and I was bullied by management to the point that it affected my health. I was advised by my Doctor that it was in my best interest to resign. I did this, after years of hard work and dedication to
ReplyDeletethe aged residents in my care. The aged were thankful and grateful, but management repaid me by bullying me and intimidating me. The whole system needs to be looked at.
