It's very sad that Ms. Sanderson, died in a Nursing home which is supposed to be a safe place for our aged citizens. Why was there no protection for this woman, if the aggressor has had two prior incidents of assault, why was he not separated from the other residents, or at least constantly watched to prevent incidents such as this from occurring. Eleven years ago Karen you brought this to light on the sexual assaults of the dementia patients, why has nothing been done Ms. Gillard. Cheryl
