Has the management of these facilities forgotten what human rights are? When a sexual assault is reported, the police should be called imediatley so charges can be laid. I can't believe what horrible disgusting acts that people can do to others. Please someone, if I ever need to go to care, just leave some poison in reach, it would be kinder. I can't believe that people wiht disabilities are treated so poorly by police either, how dare they not listen to their complaints and act on them as they would a non-disabled person. Well they need to remember, if they got injured in the act of duty, they just might end up a disabled in one of those places themselves!!
